The use of the website and certain terms of service of Digital Industry Academy LLC are governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions").

In accordance with the above terms and conditions, by clicking the "Next" button when registering for a paid course, and by clicking the "Confirm" button when registering for a free master class, you agree, confirm and fully agree to all provisions specified in these terms and conditions.

The terms used in these rules have the following meanings:

"Company" and/or "we" refers to "Digital Industry Academy" LLC, and "you" and/or "user" refers to any natural and/or legal person, organisational entity that uses and/or will use the website in the future in accordance with these terms and conditions, or/and uses the company's services.

“Service” means any service provided by the Company, including, but not limited to, paid or unpaid training services. In order to provide the aforementioned service, the Company carries out, including, but not limited to: (a) posting video, text and visual materials prepared within the framework of unpaid services on the website; (b) sharing video, text and visual materials with students within the framework of paid training services via e-mail and/or other online platform; (c) posting visual, text and/or video materials of any content, including, but not limited to, any graphic work, design, photo material, blog post, animation on the website, for the website user (hereinafter referred to as “Materials Posted on the Website”).

In these Terms and Conditions, terms used in the singular, including "Services" and/or "Users", include the plural and vice versa.

Goal

The purpose of the website is to provide the user with information about the company's services, service offers, as well as other important news and/or issues related to the company's services, which make it possible to access information about the company's services.

Posting news, campaigns, and any other type of information on the company's website allows us to provide customers with free and/or offer customer-tailored, relevant content and company services.

Registration procedure

The company provides users with both paid courses and free master classes. To receive this service, the user is required to register on the website.

In order to register for a free masterclass, the user must select the "Masterclasses" button from the home page of the website , after which he or she selects the desired free master class of his or her choice.

After selecting the desired masterclass, the user must click the "Register" button located under the desired masterclass.

Please note that all free masterclasses posted on the website will be held remotely.

After clicking this button, the user must fill in the following information: first name, last name, email address, phone number, location (city where the user is located), preferred time for the master class, and agree to the website's terms and conditions.

After the user successfully registers for the free masterclass, the user will receive a notification of access to the free masterclass and a link to the free masterclass to the email address provided by the user. Before the start date of the free masterclass, an additional notification will be sent to the user reminding them of the start of the free masterclass.

We inform you that the Company may make a free audio-video recording of the Master Class, which is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation and the rules set forth in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to the audio-video recording of the Master Class and its subsequent sharing on the Company's social channels and/or with other persons interested in the Masterclass.

The Company stores the personal information you provide in this document and is authorized to use it in the future for the purpose of offering the Company's service(s) through direct marketing. The purpose of storing this information is to provide the User with effective service. The User may at any time request information from the Company regarding the processing of personal information and request the immediate destruction of the data about him/her.

In order for the user to register for a paid course, the user must select the "Courses" button from the home page of the website , after which he or she selects the desired paid course of his or her choice.

After selecting the desired course, the user must click the button under the desired master class – "Register".

After clicking this button, the user must fill in the following information: first name, last name, email address, phone number, personal number, date of birth, promo code (if any), information about where the user heard about the course (if desired), and agree to the website's terms and conditions.

After the user successfully registers for a paid course, a notification of admission to the paid course is sent to the user's specified email address. The company may also communicate by telephone with the user about admission to the course and familiarization with the prerequisites.

To avoid any ambiguity, after successful registration for a paid course, the terms and conditions of the training service between the company and the customer are regulated by an additional agreement signed between the parties.

Information posted on the website

You agree not to distribute, transmit, or make copies and/or reproduce any information, structure, images and/or design of the Website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company. Consent to such sharing is at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company's prior written consent is not required if the information and/or content on the website is used in accordance with the Company's prior express consent, and/or such information is used for personal use.

Any damage to the website in any form or manner, including but not limited to software hacking of the website, is prohibited. This is at your sole risk and responsibility.

Website access and changes

In the event that access to the website becomes impossible due to a technical failure of the Company and/or any other reason beyond the Company's control, the Company is not responsible for the resulting consequences.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions. Such changes shall enter into force 24 (twenty-four) hours after their publication on their website.

The materials posted on the website, including, but not limited to, the services, are subject to the Company's copyright, and it is prohibited to process, publish (except for sharing the material on a personal page, on the Company's social media page via the "Share" button, with full respect for copyright), download personally and/or through any third party for commercial purposes or without it, download for distribution or without it.

In the event of a violation of this rule by the user, the company is entitled to demand full compensation from the user for any damage caused by such action.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any case, claim or demand related to these Terms of Service that the User may have against the Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

In the event of any incident, the user can contact the "chat bot" from the website, which will connect the user with the customer support team, which, through direct and immediate communication, will take all measures to investigate the issue and eliminate the problem in question.

Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia to resolve any dispute or claim between them arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter.
